Eligibility Requirements

Requirement for membership :
Age : Minimum age is 25 years.
Eligibility : Every candidate for admission or transfer to the class of Associate shall satisfy the Council that he;

1. Is one who is holding a post of Engineer while holding the responsibilities of an Engineer in a recognized organization as determined by the council.
2. Has successfully completed the course of studies leading to the National Diploma in Technology at the University of Moratuwa or other equivalent qualifications approved by the Council.
3. Three passes in G.C.E Advance Level Examination in mathematics stream.

And

Has successfully completed an approved period of training and experience which is not less than 10 years.

Method of Application :

1. Duly filled application form (on line application to be updated)
2. Original and a copy of the academic qualifications.
3. GEC Ordinary Level & Advance Level Certificate.
4. Training and experience report.
5. Engineering appointment letters.
6. Original and a copy of the birth certificate.
