The Young Members' Section of IESL organized the first ever Robotic competition which was held on 18th and 19th October 2008, during the annual Engineering Exhibition “Techno”. The competition was based on speed performance, sensing and decision making capabilities of a mobile Robot.

14 Teams from 4 universities participated at the event.
